Table base repainting

Our client asked us to repaint the base of an old commemorative table he inherited from his parents in black, leaving the top unchanged.

We disassembled the table, separated the top from the base and repainted it in the new color.

The project used Klean-Strip Liquid Paint Sandpaper for surface preparation and BEHR paint.In this project we repainted the table base from green to black color for our client.

Bricks and Stone renovation

Our client asked us to renovate a crumbling wall in a private kitchen in the backyard of his home by adding some stone surfaces.

We purchased the required stone and cut it to the desired size to maintain the visual unity of the entire kitchen.

The new construction perfectly complemented the outdoor kitchen in the client's backyard.

Furniture restoration project

Huge furniture restoration project. We sanded 18 wooden chairs, 4 armchairs and repainted some of the chairs in blue color.

A total of 25 pieces of outdoor furniture (various chairs) were refinished. We used Varathane Clear Semi-Gloss Oil-Based Exterior Spar Urethane.

Some of them were slightly repaired, all of them gave new life to the outdoor furniture, which will continue to serve the owners of the house.

Restoration of the kitchen

As part of the project, we collected two new IKEA boxes in addition to the old existing box and placed a countertop on all three parts.

We also hung the shelves and elimination of decor on the walls.

Reolink PoE video cameras

In this project it was necessary to install 5 cameras with PoE support, as well as run Ethernet cables to the cameras from a central location on the side of the house and run all cables into the house to the NVR system.

The cable was run along the outside of the house, two transfer boxes were installed and 5 cameras were connected.

A portion of the wall, constructed with wood, has suffered damage. While the wood material is still intact, additional limestone is needed to complete the repair—likely nicotine limestone, as per the provided information.

The goal is to fully restore the wall to its original condition by replacing the missing or damaged sections and seamlessly integrating the new limestone material into the existing structure.

Laminated Wall Mounted Shelving was cut to the required size from , fixed to wooden rails and metal shelving brackets.

Finally, all new elements and trim areas were painted white.

Wood Porch and Stair Repair in Austin, TX

This project involved the restoration of a weathered wooden porch with stairs in Austin, Texas. The main task was to replace several rotted decking boards on the porch surface. However, after removing the top boards, we discovered that previous repairs had been made to the porch structure—and unfortunately, many of those newer framing components had also deteriorated due to moisture damage.
To ensure a long-lasting result, we replaced 8 damaged support joists in the porch base and installed new, pressure-treated floor boards. All materials were securely fastened and leveled to provide a clean, safe walking surface. The old boards were removed from the site and responsibly disposed of at a local landfill.
The customer received a refreshed and structurally sound porch that is now ready to last for many more years—without the need for a full replacement or major capital investment.
